kellen's hobby

kellen loves to find little bugs.

when i'm working in the yard, he likes to find worms and say

"ewwwwww!!!"

he could not pick them up at first,

but now he is not afraid to pick them up

and take them to a spot prepared for them.

怜君は小さな虫を見つけるのが好きです。

私がお庭で土を掘りこしてると、横に来てミミズを見つけて

〝うぇ～！″　と言い、

つまんでミミズたちようの場所につれていって楽しんでます。

下の写真は小さなクモののった石を持ち上げようとしている怜君。

kellen loves to hit golf balls with dad.

お父さんとゴルフのボールを打つのが好きな怜君。

Kellen loves to draw and he's been drawing a lot lately.

最近、怜君はよく絵を書くのが好きです。

下の絵は飛行機だそうです。

i'm not too sure about this next one,

but he said it's "mom".

次の絵は？っと思いましたが、

ママだそうです。

and the next one is of a spider.

it looks like a spider!

he could only make circles at first,

but he is starting to draw different shapes!

i'm so proud of him!

そして次の絵はクモだそうです。

これはわかる！

最初はぐるぐるとまるを書くばかりでしたが、

こうやってすこしづつ絵に形がつくようになって、

成長してるんだなぁと思いました。

Abby is growing too!

she talks a lot and smiles a lot.

i love it when she looks at me and gives me the biggest smile!

it just melts my heart!

カレナちゃんも成長してます！

最近はよくしゃべるし、笑顔もたくさん見せてくれます。

私をみて大きな笑顔をみせてくれると、

もう、心がとろけそうになります。

we sat her down on a corner of our couch

and she smiled for us.

ソファーに座らせてみたら

笑顔を見せてくれました。

but didn't last long.

でも、長くはつづかなかった・・・。

kellen was watching a movie

when i put abby on a play mat.

then kellen came and sat by abby.

next thing i know, kellen was holding abby's hand!

how sweet!

怜君はソファーに座って映画を見てたのですが、

ふと気づいたら、カレナちゃんの横に座り、

手をとってました。

かわいい。

it's so good to see kellen being so sweet to his sister.

just can't wait til they can play together!

カレナちゃんに優しくする怜君の姿を見ると、すごくうれしいです。

一緒に遊べるようになるのが待ちどうしいです！
